Val fetches dinner.

I liked the idea of drawing an independant woman in a strong and assertive, yet not overtly violent and aggressive pose. Wildling women seem to have more of an equal footing with men than the average Westeros woman. Here Val has trapped and killed a stag. The kill will be taken back to camp and shared out among her relatives and friends, some bartered, and the best cuts and liver will be given to her pregnant sister. (Val's clothes and jewellery are based on Viking attire with a bit of extra fur thrown in for warmth.)
